Property overview
The Lodge is all on one level but there are four steps up to the decking.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms (two twin and one double) and there is a space for two cars to park right outside. Enter through the front door and turn left towards the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner area.
Here you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle), a dining table and island and a lounge area with a smart TV, electric fire and access to the deck.
Turning right when you enter the lodge takes you to the two twin bedrooms, the shower room and the master bedroom with and ensuite toilet and TV.
Local area information
The South Lakeland Leisure Village is within easy reach of Morecambe Bay, the Yorkshire Dales and, as you would expect, the Lake District itself.
The nearby town of Carnforth has plenty of shops and three supermarkets, with it’s claim to fame being the railway station which was the setting for the classic romantic movie Brief Encounter.
There’s plenty of activities to be found nearby and new areas to explore, such as the historic city of Lancaster just a short drive to the south, with the benefit of plenty of amenities on-site at the Leisure Village itself.
